If you are interested in the ‘Ales of Arran’ and the range of beers they make, then a trip is worthwhile.  Being one of the island’s busiest tourist attractions you can expect a quality guided tour ending off with a tutored tasting!

Wooley’s of Arran Oatcakes

If you are interested in buying some of Arran’s famous oatcakes the waterfront bakery Brodick is the place to go. This central location is ideal if you are coming from the Isle of Arran Brewery. Wooley’s bakery has been in business on the island since the nineteenth century and now freshly prepare a range of products in Brodick. There will be something for everyone. Would you like some Arran cheese with your oatcakes?

Isle of Arran Cheese Shop

The Island Cheese shop initially attracted the attention of tourists and locals but now the cheese is distributed all around the UK. The shop and dairy are located a mile north of Brodick, so is easily accessible. The range of cheeses they offer is vast and you can see the makers at work before tasting some of the delicious products. Ideal if you are walking the Arran Coastal Way!
